What LEGO Serious Play Is
LEGO Serious Play is a structured method developed by LEGO to help individuals and teams explore complex topics through building and storytelling. Participants create three-dimensional models using LEGO bricks to represent ideas, assumptions, relationships, and systems.
The models function as metaphors. By making thinking visible, teams are able to discuss difficult or abstract topics with greater precision and less defensiveness. Insight emerges through the combination of building, reflection, and dialogue.
