LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a structured method for individuals and teams to explore complex topics through building and storytelling. Participants create three-dimensional models using LEGO® bricks to represent ideas, assumptions, relationships, and systems.
The models function as metaphors. By visualising their thoughts, teams can discuss difficult or abstract topics with greater precision and less defensiveness. Insight emerges through the combination of building, reflection, and dialogue.
