Core Competencies in Practice is a 10-hour ICF-approved Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program designed to deepen coaches’ understanding and mastery of the ICF Core Competencies. These competencies form the foundation of professional coaching and the ICF credentialing process, defining the essential skills and approaches required of every competent coach.

Delivered in an engaging podcast-style format, each module features a practical conversation between experienced, credentialed coaches who share how they apply each competency in real coaching scenarios. This dynamic learning experience blends theoretical grounding with real-world insight, offering reflective tools, examples, and actionable practices that bring the competencies to life.

The program enables coaches to strengthen their professional effectiveness—enhancing how they partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires meaningful personal and professional growth.
